Order processing times:
Our orders are processed within 1-4 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up 7 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times
We use NZ Courier + Post Haste 
Orders shipping within North Island will arrive within 1-3 business days.
Orders shipping South Island will arrive within 2-4 working days 
Please take into account busy holiday seasons that may delay the arrival times

Shipping costs:
Orders over $75 free shipping 
Order under $75 has a flat rate of $8
Pick up option is available. Contact has to be made within 24hours after purchase

Local pickup;
We currently offer free pickup based in Tamatea. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup the next day. If you have placed your order after business hours, or within 3 hours of the location closing, your order will be prepared the following day.
